International orders shipping rates are explained as well. At this time, we do not have the ability to quote international shipping costs. The items need to be ordered, packaged and weighed and then we will give your shipping options. This takes an average of 3 to 5 business days, depending from which warehouse the items ship.

Backorders: If an item you order is on backorder, you will not be billed for the item at that time. We submit the item onto our V-Twin master backorder list. V-Twin does not give due dates when any backorder items will be available again. There is no commitment to the item on the backorder list.They call us when the parts are back in stock. We will contact you and and if you still need the part we order it for you and bill you for the item at that time and ship it to you when we get it. If you don't need the item anymore, we will remove the item from our list if we don't hear back from you.

International Customers: When placing an order, you will be billed first for the base price of the items, less the shipping cost, which are then ordered from V-Twin. V-Twin does not provide shipping weight guidelines for their 30,000 products so we can not provide International shipping rates before we have the items in stock and weighed, prepaid. Shipments arrive here in an average of 3 to 5 business days. Once the items are in stock, they are packaged and weighed, then we will send you a quote for shipping via US Postal Service for the following options. (We also can ship with UPS or FedEx at your request). Please include a valid telephone number (including International customers) in the event that there is an issue with delivery to your country. This has been very helpful with deliveries abroad. We will not ship with DHL.

Express Mail International and Priority Mail International now include automatic indemnity coverage (depending on package weight ) for otherwise uninsured packages or $100 included insurance in the case of Express Mail International.
